What Are The Side Effects Of Oral Sex?

After non protected oral sex and protected sex with a prostitute i am extra aware of my genital area. I have tested 3 times for all std's, all negative but when i retract my foreskin and feel the head of my penis it feels sticky and clammy although after a while it becomes dry and smooth. It may always have been like this but i cant shake the feeling that its not normal?
