hi, in general Silicon supplements usually get their ingredients from organic sources. These supplements are easiest for your body to absorb when you consume them in tablet. using silica supplements for a prolonged period of time may cause severe kidney trouble. silica supplements can cause the loss of some of the other essential vitamins that our body needs.using too much of multivitamins is also not advised unless prescribed by physician. Good foods to increase your consumption include root vegetables, whole grains and water, also a well balanced diet.hope this is helpful.
