since you only took it one time there will be probably no severe effects on the baby. BUT: i strongly recommend never doing this again! Depending when the labor is really going to start they will also probably not find traces in the babys system or yours by late april anymore, also they usually don't test for that (unless there is a suspicion). There is nothing you can do to get it out of the system quicker, but its only detectable for up to one week in the urine after one time intake.
