What Are The Side Effects Of Steroid Abuse?

I abused steroids for one solid year. When I quit I went into a severe depression and eventually had a nasty case of arthritis and had to have my left hip and right knee replaced. Could this have been caused by my steroid abuse? gmail address: J B YYYY@YYYY

hi.
steroids work in relieving pain and inflammatory conditions like arthritis. However there are lot many side effects of steroids. The withdrawal symptoms include depression and no desire to eat.
steroids can also cause high blood pressure, high cholesterol,liver disease and skin infection.
