What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Doxycycline While Planning To Conceive?

Hello I recently returned from deployment in Afghanistan and I was taking anti malaria meds Doxycycline and took the 14 day prescribed Primaquine. I ended my meds late November 2013. My wife and I want to concieve a child. Is there a potential Harm for us to have unprotected sex after i have taken these meds?
