Hi, Intercourse during taking fertility pills is not unsafe and there is no harm in it. It doesn t harm the process of ovulation. I suppose your doctor would have advised you not to indulge in it with an idea of having a period of abstinence for your husband before your fertile window, thinking of increasing the chance of conception during the fertile period. You can confirm the reason with the treating doctor. Little amount of spotting may not be of any significance. In some cases a pinkish discharge may happen after implantation however you need to check if it has happened after your ovulation or not. Little spotting may be due to trauma also.
