What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Keppra?

I take 5 tablets of kepra xr 500mg bid but its like I m using more for the purpose to sleep the other day I could not even walk it took me 9 hrs to come back to myself could not even talk and now its happening againg light head it cant even walk I m like a zomby

Hi,

Yes you are right, keppra may have side effects which may be difficult to control. Sorry I could not understand how much you in a day? Generally we start with 250 mg once and increase it in 2 weeks to 2 times and then to 500 mg 2 times a day. Maximum dose is 1500 mg in a day. In this way the side effects can be avoided.
