Hi,

Generally it is well tolerated. Nacfil-600 is commonly prescribed to treat infertility associated with polycystic ovary syndrome. It helps in induction of ovulation (egg release from ovaries) and increases insulin sensitivity, which helps you get pregnant. Its common side effects include fever, nausea, vomiting, runny nose, drowsiness, and allergy. Continue taking it as prescribed.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
