What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Bupropion Sr 150 Mg Tablet?

44 yo female; started taking bupropion sr 150 mg tablet 1x/day 3 days ago. 24 hours after my first dose, i noticed muscle (?) pain in my right arm near the shoulder. been steadily getting worse. i have not injured my arm in any way and when i push on the areas of discomfort it doesn t hurt...strange... ideas?

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Joint pain is a common side effect of bupropion. It can also be due to any inflammation or infection of the joint. So consult with your physician. If I were your treating Doctor i would first rule out other causes by an X-ray. If no other cause is seen your doctor may change the drug. But don't stop medication on your own.
