General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The common side effects of thyronorm include increased heart beats, palpitations, headache, anxiety, tremors, sweating, diarrhea, weight loss, menstrual irregularities, and heat intolerance.

You may take iron, calcium, selenium or vitamin supplements as prescribed by your doctor but remember to take these supplements 3-4 hours after taking thyronorm.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
