my doctor has advised me to have tryptomer 10mg for Carpel tunnel syndrome.I was feeling drowsy all day.pl. tell me the side effects of this medicine.will this cure my carpel tunnel syndrome & remove teh pain in my arm & hand.Am i going to gain weight??
