Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

1. Well, as the matter of the fact that I-pill is emergency contraception best taken within 24 hour time to 72 hour time. It is only 95% effective.
2. The second thing is if you had coitus interrupts then there is seriously no need of taking the pill.
3. Side effects of I-pill include nausea, stomach ache, irregular periods but these all are dependent upon women metabolic rate.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita, Infectious Diseases Specialist
