Dear Dector, I am 28 years female. 2 month before i have tested for thyroid. The result of my report is TSH (3rd gen) is 5.58 mlu/l and Anti TPO is 32.8 IL/ml At that time doctor suggest me to take thyronorm 25cmg. My weight is increase during this two month from 50 kg to 58 kg. Is it the side effect of this tablates ?Is thers any natural ways to maintain the hermons in normal range? I wish to know the short and long term side effect of this tablates ? if any Morecover is there any dite which can help me to stop the dose Thanks and regards
Low levels of thyroid hormone can cause weight gain. You may want to have the levels checked to see if they are low. If this is the case, you may need additional replacement.
