Once the period regularises, it should help to conceive as it improves the chances of timely ovulation. The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur:
1. Nausea and Vomiting
2. Lower stomach pain
3. A headache
4. Acne
5. Temporary disturbance of normal monthly cycle
6. Dizziness
7. Diarrhoea
8. Irregular bleeding
Consult your doctor if you observe any of the side-effects, especially if they do not go away.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
