What Are The Side Effects Of Using Zyflamend Instead Of Diphenhydramine?
i ve been using 100 mg of diphenhydramine at bedtime as a sleep aid for many years without any negative side effects. I am 69 years old & in good health. my ex-spouse (we are on excellent terms) has recommended i use zyflamend nightime instead. what might be the side effects? what do you think? thanks, steve

Both are good drugs.
But if you are on diphenhydramine without any side effect than do not switch to other medicines.
sometimes switching can lead to worsening in sleep.
if you have maintain on this then do not change.
