What Are The Sign And Symptoms Of Gonorrhea?

I have been checked for chlamydia and the results were thankfully negative, I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years and we do not use condoms anymore. Is it likely that I have ghonnorea as the last person I had unprotected sex with was 4 or 5 years ago

Welcome to HCM.
Gonorrhea is comparatively more severe disease than Chlamydia and have manifestations with white genital discharge, Burning sensation during urination, if urethra is involved. If untreated or inadequately treated, it may likely to go for complications like Pelvic inflammatory disease, infertility, ectopic pregnancy etc.
In women it may exist without much of symptoms and go unnoticed and later ends with complication. The infected individual may likely to pass the infection to her partner.
Cervical Smear test and culture for Gonococus can reveal its presence. Treatment ensures a cure.
