What are the signs of a massive heart attack ..... I had a heart attack on march 1 2014 ..... and tonight I am feeling sharp pains in my chest when I lay down .an like some one is holding my heart ..but nothing like the signs I got on march 1.... do I take my nitroglycerin spray ? ?... hospital.? ?.. or is it nothing to worry about

Heart attack is not likely, if
1, pain intensity changes with movements
2, pain intensity changes with breathing
3, pain intensity changes with palpation
Heart attack is likely, if pain reveals with nitroglycerin spray.
