hi i am 38weeks pregnant and feeling sick bad head n sweating could this be a sing of labour?

welcome to health care magic.
no these are not signs of labour. when you go into labour you will have pains starting from your back and radiating forwards towards your inner thighs. these pains will be at 15 to 20 min intervals initially , they will then occur more frquenlty at shorter intervals lasting for longer time. also you have some discharge(thick sticky discharge, slightly blood stained)
