yes iam 36 weeks and 3 days and when I was in the hospital sunday I was dialated to a 1 and 60% to a 2 iam in so much pain I can barely walk sit up lay down doctor told me I would have to have my baby early and I was wondering can I have her and she be ok
Hello, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. It is common to experience some effacement of the cervix at this stage of the pregnancy as the baby descends and stations ready to be delivered. Dilatation of the cervix can lead to pain. You didn't mention why your doctor advised an early delivery. Monitoring will let you know the status of the baby and also the progress of the labor. If there is no detectable anomaly, everything should be fine. Wish you safe motherhood.
