What Are The Signs Of Having Adenomysis?

The Gyn believes I have Adenomysis, I will be going for a procedure to inflate my insides with gas. Can I opt out and simply request for a hysterectomy? I am 40 and do not wish for more children. I have 100% of all the signs of Estrogen dominance and low progesterone. For years since my teens I have had heavy painful periods and now I spot before and after each cycle.
