Hello, As the presenting part of the baby, mostly the head, descends down and gets fixed, there is pressure exerted on the bladder and this is the reason for the frequent bladder activity. Diarrhea is an indications that prostaglandins are being released to initiate the priming activity as preparation of labor. Since you are term, this means you are setting into early labor. Please watch for any vaginal discharge, bleeding or spotting, leakage of membranes, pain abdomen, backache and pain along the thighs.
