Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This suggests gravels in the urinary system or shedding of epithelial cells from urinary bladder with infection in urine. I suggest taking a urine microscopy examination.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
