What Are The Small Pin Sized Scabs On My Inner Thigh?

Today I noticed these very small, pin-sized scabs on my inner thighs. I did not notice anything prior until today when I noticed the scabs. (So no itching, soreness or pain.) There was about six of these scabs on one thigh and only about two on the other. A few months back I did notice these red bumps on the tops of my toes. (Also, no itching, soreness or pain unless I pressed down on the bumps.) They went away after a few weeks but the possible self-diagnosis I came up with was some sort of eczema? Could it be these scabs were the same thing, except they got irritated?

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have small pin sized scabs on my inner thigh which could be due to clogging of sebaceous glands with dead bacteria and sebum. It could be due to frictional heat generation leading to heat rashes.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to keep the area clean and maintain proper hygiene and dryness. Wash properly with cold water and apply topical antibacterial cream bacitracin. Take oral antibiotics as well. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. You can go for peeling as well.
