Hello,

You are suffering from spots on your palm that leave scars. You also have stiffness, in the whole of your arm. It was painful and sore to move. It can be due to nerve endings damage. When the nerves regenerate, it can become very painful and sore to move. The most common cause of rashes are blisters that are caused on the hand by friction injury, irritation from chemicals or allergens, medication reaction, eczema, infections, burns, or diabetes.

Such symptoms can also be caused by impetigo, a skin infection caused by bacteria. Other medical condition that causes similar symptoms is dyshidrosis is a skin condition that causes small, fluid-filled blisters to form on the palms of the hands and sides of the fingers. These generally last for three weeks and cause intense itching. For relief, take medications to relieve pain and inflammation. Do gentle stretch and strengthening exercises, such as grasping an exercise ball.

To minimize the risk of infection, wash your hands and the blister with soap and warm water. Apply Neosporin ointment or Bactracin ointment on the blisters. However, get clinically examined by a dermatologist, you may need corticosteroid / laser therapy or surgery to get rid of the scare tissue.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
