What Are The Survival Percentage Of People Born With Holes In Heart?

hi i'm 15 i've had 6 open heart suryery's and i should be having another soon. i was born with 4 holes in my heart the doctors fix most for them but i still have a hole on my left side and a leck on my right can you tell what its called and what the percentage of dying in the next operation? thanks
