What Are The Symptoms Dead Fetus?
I'm 9 weeks pregnant. I've had pains in my left arm , where it felt dead and a headache on the left side of my brain. my pregnancy syptoms have changed dramatically , im not sck or tired and I have back my energy? Could the fetus have died and not come out yet?

1. The symptoms of headache and arm pain are no where related to the dead fetal.
2.There will not be any of the similar symptoms after the lost pregnancy.
3.The symptoms like spotting, bleed per vaginal, cramps seen in case of miscarriage / abortion.
4.Symptoms only not a confirmatory for failure of pregnancy, an ultrasound scan is necessary to confirm.
