What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms After Taking Cytotec?

Hello Doctor, Please my girlfriend try using Cytotec to abort a 8 weeks 4 days old fetus. Please after taken the peel she still kind of feels like through up? she is in her third week after taken the peel. Please is that she can still be pregnant ?

Cytotec can cause gastrointestinal disturbances.

It is not clear from your history whether she could successfully terminate her pregnancy after cytotec. The termination of pregnancy is observed by bleeding through vagina. Did she have it? If not, she has to get it terminated surgically from a Gynaecologist. Continuation of pregnancy is not advisable for the risk of abnormalities in child due to cytotec.

Vomiting sensation can be a sign of gastric acidity also. Please get confirmed by ultrasonography, if needed, about the successful termination of pregnancy.
