Hi,I am Dr. Andrew Rynne (Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 77 years old - pretty good health. Have allergies to sulfa drugs, all seafood, and certain cruciferous veggies. Have had thyroid eval and am in normal range. Sugar one point above normal. Otherwise blood testing OK. I have had 2 episodes with elevated bp - feeling "other worldly" like I am going to faint but don't. They last about 3 to 6 hours. Had one yesterday - only symptom other than described above was a lot of gurgling in my stomach. Took a Prilosic. Am gluten free - no celiac disease (Had biopsy). Could gastritis which Dr. says I have cause the above symptoms?
