I m a 30 year old male. While sitting down at the computer about 10 months ago i heard a pop in my head, followed by my eyes vibrating for a few seconds and dizziness. Preceded to get dizzy off and on with what seemed like panic attacks. Got a ct scan and it came up with a 4mm area of low density at the medial left parietal lobe which has density similar to a CSF. So I had to get an MRI and that test came back unremarkle . Since then i ve still been getting dizzy with fluid and fullness in my left ear. Every once and awhile my right hand gets sort of numb and i have trouble talking. Been to ents and neurologists. Been diagnosed with menieres but since i heard the initial pop, i find it hard to believe its that. Plus my family has no history of menieres. If you could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. thank you
Menieres diagnosis criteria is vertigo(spinning sensation) 20 minutes with fluctuating hearing loss and documented evidence of hearing loss during an attack.I will advice you to get an audiometry done.
