What Are The Symptoms Necessary To Perform Biceps Tenodesis?
I am a very active 23 y.o. female. I am an Athletic Trainer. I am having anterior shoulder pain (constant 4/10, can get to 8/10). I have had an MRI, cortisone injections, taken NSAIDs, and PT with no relief in symptoms. I am wondering what the next step may be? I have read that a biceps tenodesis would help relieve my symptoms, and I am curious as to what conditions lead to having that procedure because I know it isn t just for a ruptured biceps?

After cortisone injections they might change the steroid or give you some heavy duty immuno suppressants of high dose pain killers in would suggest you not to panic visit your doctor and discuss about possible plan change this might help
