hi,
i am muraleedhar, i fear that do i have AIDS?!..
i have stated some of the symptomes in my body.
i have masturbate many times.
i have a sharp pain on my right side just above the hip, and also above the pennis below the stomach.
i feel like paining when i lean with my hand.
some time i urinate with a very bad smell.
sometimes i leak jelly like fluid from my pennnis.
what is this

Mr. Muralidhar , read carefully as :
Fever, ( low grade long time )
pharyngitis
lymphadenopathy ( enlargement of various lymph nodes )
headache/retro-orbital pain ( behind eyes)
arthralgias/myalgis ( bone abd joint pain with muscular pain)
lethargy/malaise
anorexia / weight loss
nausea/vomiting/diarrhea
Erythematous rashes
mucocutaneous ulceration ( tongue coating).
While you are having pain in penis with discharge( jelly like ), hip pain, urine bad smell .
In my opinion most of these symptoms you are not having , so how can one say that you are having HIV .
Still you have any doubt get in ELISA test as early as possible.

Consult a physician and get his opinion after urine culture and sensitivity test.

Hiv spreads mostly by unprotected sexual exposure. In your question you did'nt mention about your sexual behavior & your age.since it is not mentioned ,i assume that nothing has happened like that.
Masturbation will not cause any disease.
