General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As per my surgical experience, almost 20% cases occur between 30-40 years, but it is very less likely in your case as:
- There is persistent burning and sharp pain, which are not characteristic of Dupuytren's disease
- There is progressive thickening of the skin and area over tendons involving palm usually 4th and 5th fingers.
- Table Top test is confirmatory, where consultant checks whether you can put your palm completely on the table or not.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
