Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
GERD. My 30-yr old son has violent episodes of vomiting, etc, which occur with out warning. The episodes can put him in bed for a couple days and his relief comes by standing in as hot shower as he can tolerate for long periods. When I read about GERD I don t see such terrible symptoms as he exhibits. I live in another state but was with him at his wedding 10/21 where he had an attack as the reception was ending. He was still dealing with the episode when I traveled on Tuesday.
