I have a history of vaginal herpes but haven't had a breakout in many years. When I did have a breakout it was always in the same place. 3 days ago, I noticed similar symptoms from past breakouts:tingling in my upper leg and general fatique and then I noticed a small red raised area in my inner labia near my perineum that was both itchy and painful - just like herpes but there aren't any blisters. Its a small 1/8 maybe 1/6 inch raised "ridge" that I do not notice much unless I wash or use the toilet. My lymph glands near my groin are not inflamed, which would be the case in a typical oytbreak, for me.
