Approximately 50-70% of infected individuals experience an ACUTE SYNDROME following primary infection .
The acute syndrome follows infection by 2-6 weeks .
It have multiple clinical features , lasted 1-2 weeks , and resolves spontaneously as an immune response to HIV develops and the
viral load diminishes from its peak levels .
Most patient will then enter a phase of clinical latency , although an occasional patient will experience rapidly progressive immunologic and clinical deterioration.
These symptoms are : fever,
pharyngitis,
lymphadenopathy, headache/retro-orbital pain ( behind eyes), arthralgias/myalgias, lethragy/malaise, anorexia/
weight loss, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea.
Erythematous macupapular rashes, mucocutaneous ulceration ( on tongue and in mouth).
As most of these symptoms , you are having.
Now get in p24 nucleic acid amplification ( pcr rna ) test as early as possible because 2 weeks passed after initial infection.
Just for precaution take ANTIVIRAL TREATMENT ( a combination of zidovudin+lamivudin) after consultation with a physician .
Hope this will help you.
However
constipation may be due to anorexia and stress .
