hi, gave a guy a handjob in december and he ejaculated all over my hand. i discovered that i had a cut on my finger because i felt it buring, could i have contracted hiv that way? i also had a test in mid january thatw as negative but im still worried because i now have body acne

Acne over body can occur to anybody. It is quite non-specific condition and not indicative of HIV.
Hand job is the safest sexual activity. Semen came in contact with a sore in hand has a negligible risk for HIV.
Any health care professionals (Doctors, dentists, nurses, lab technicians, cleaning staffs) are coming in such situations daily in their day today life without getting infected.
Family members caring for HIV positive individuals, volunteers and home workers of the children care homes for Orphans and vulnerable children are exposed to such situations daily without getting infected.
HIV is a very fragile virus and can not live survive outside the body and body fluids for not more than few seconds. So you need not worry about the same.
