What Are The Symptoms Of HIV?

Hi Doc, This is a(n) HIV-related paranoia question. Last summer, I discovered my partner had cheated on me. We had continued unprotected sex before this came to my knowledge until about late July, early August. During the month of September, I began experiencing intestinal discomfort, enlarged lymph nodes (I had severe Mono about six years prior,) constant fatigue, fever and night sweats. I had about four tests spanning three months, all blood and all negative. However, since then, my lymph nodes have begun to randomly swell and shrink, I have a constant tongue coating (Doc confirmed it did not appear to be thrush,) which is usually yellow or white (but has once or twice been a sky blue.) The intestinal issue has my doctor thinking it is gastritis/GERD. However, for the past few weeks I developed dry, small, itchless, red patches on my right arm and left elbow. They are all about 1-2cm in length and not in clusters. My chest has inexplicable, also itchless, red bumps from shoulder to shoulder. I think I am going insane and this is the primary cause for all of these bizarre health issues. I cant shake the feeling that I ve contracted HIV when all tests have confirmed my negative status. Any feedback would be highly appreciated and overly valued. Thank you.

Probably you suffered from Infectious mononucleosis (as your past history). You are negative as per your tests , but see a consultant you can work up on you for the finding the cause of repeated GIT problems and possibly a Tuberculosis
