What Are The Symptoms Of Meigs Syndrome?
I have had right lung pleural effusion and a primary diagnosis of either ovarian cancer or a tumor. What are the chances that I may have Meig s syndrome? I am 77 years of age and had a hysterectomy at age 31 where they took the uterus and one ovary.

You should regularly check your CA 125 level. Go for pleural fluid routine and microscopic examination. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
