been experiencing feeling full after very little food then feeling really hungry latter. About 2 days ago i was feeling Nauseous with all foods so I wasn t really eating. Stomach cramp a few days ago like if I was beginning my menstrual cycle and then it went away. I get light headed every now and then. Little discomfort on my lower abdominal. I am not constipated, I ve been going normally to the restroom. I ve noticed my urine is very yellow and all I ve been drinking is a lot of water. No matter how much water I drink I am still very thirsty. Feeling Nauseous is not just with food I just feel this way almost all day. I should mention I started my menstrual cycle February 26 and it ended March 03. On the 5th I had sexual intercourse. Also I ve noticed i am more sleepy then usual. should i go to the doctors office right away?
Hello, If you have regular 28-30 day cycle, the time of intercourse falls in the safe period and hence chances of conception are very minimal. Your symptoms are not specific for pregnancy. They could also mean some gastrointestinal or urinary infection. Please get urinalysis to exclude urinary tract infection. You can also get a blood test for pregnancy done if you are beyond the third week of your menstrual cycle. You should also see a physician for further appraisal and management. Hope this helps.
