To control your early symptoms of
OCD, you are suggested to question your thoughts. Stay indifferent to obsessive thoughts, re-focus on your work or daily schedules. Calm yourself, do everything in a relaxed way, stay happy and cheerful.
Regular exercise will help you stay away from
anxiety and
stress. Do walking, stretch exercises & enjoy it as you do it. Stay well hydrated, take fresh veggie juice or soup. Black tea or green tea are helpful. Give yourself time, pamper yourself. Enjoy taking care of your daughter & family.
Do not let any kind of negative thoughts,
depression or stress take hold over you. You are very young, do not let OCD thoughts grab you, ignore it. You can take medicine for help for a while(short term use). Never become dependent on it.
You can take the help of therapies like cognitive
behaviour therapy if you feel things are getting out of your control.
