What Are The Symptoms Of UTI?
I have been getting recurrant UTI s. The last one was 3 weeks ago treated with a week of Keflex. A pap last week showed a vaginal infection (non std) treated with flagyl. This morning I had foul smelling urine, then I passed some tissue with my urine followed by blood. I am 52 years old and haven t had a period for years. I have strong UTI symptoms this am.

The symptoms of a UTI can be :
A burning feeling when you urinate.
A frequent or intense urge to urinate, even though little comes out when you do.
Pain or pressure in your back or lower abdomen.
You should do a urinalysis to confirm the diagnosis.
Treatment consists of antibiotics.
