What Are The Symptoms Of UTI?

I lost my virginity to my boyfriend about 3 weeks ago. I recently had unprotected sex with my boyfriend last weekend. Last Wednesday I began feeling a lot of pain whenever I urinated, so I went to the E.R. They said I have a UTI, so I've been on antibiotics for that. However, I just noticed several small bumps surrounding my anus last night. They look (from what I've researched online) exactly like hemorrhoids...However, I also noticed a bunch of little bumps on my labias. The ones near my anus are sore, while the ones on my labias itch. From what I've read online, I'm getting extremely nervous that it could be herpes. Could these bumps be a symptom of the UTI? Or could I have been misdiagosed with a UTI and it could be something more severe?
