What Are The Symptoms Of UTI?

Hey Doc, well I m so concern I can t sleep. About 3 days ago I noticed my urine had an strong unpleasant smell. I tried drinking more water and eating things that dont affect the smell but today my lower back and my abdomine began to ache. While it doesn t hurt to go and i don t go to often, I am a bit itchy. But what worries me is that I also noticed tiny black spots on my urethral opening and a bit of swelling. My urethral opening doesn t itch, hurt or burn and I don t have chills or a fever but it is swollen. I will go to the doctor tomorrow afternoon but I m afraid it might be a UTI or worse an STD, please advice...should I be worried? Thanks.

WELCOME TO HCM
IT may be urethritis with UTI.
YOU NEED urine complete examination to test the sevearity of infection.
if it is severe urine culture sensitivity will told us the antibiotic of choice.
you can take it for 7 days to clear UTI.
SINGLE DOSE of flucon 150mg tab to be taken to treat fungal infection.
