fluid-filled cyst that lies above and behind each testicle.The fluid in the cyst may contain sperm that are no longer alive.

Fever may be due to some other reasons.
You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
You need investigations like routine hemogram ,Liver function test,Renal function test,
blood culture,Chest X-ray (PA view),
Ultrasound of abdomen.Further investigations can be done if needed.It is important to maintain a chart for your fever,it can give some clue about probable cause.
