Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I think I have a stomach ulcer. It’s getting to the point where I can’t sleep at night because I feel so nauseous. I feel the stuff in the back of my throat but nothing comes out. And my stomach is in pain. I can’t eat because I feel full too fast. And sometimes my heart races so fast and I start to shake. I’ve been really gassy. And sometimes it’s hard to pass stool.
Your symptoms are not conclusive of stomach ulcer. You need to consult your doctor for complete clinical and laboratory assessment; tests include stool analysis, endoscopy and other tests.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
