Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Since, you have fallen with all of your weight on a rigid big toe its possible that you have had a fracture or a dislocation of the joint. The pain around the arch, toes, neck and calf are related to the fall and from sprained ligaments. A torn ligament will be very painful and there will be considerable swelling with bruising and bluish discoloration.
Movements will be painful.
If its over a week then you need an appointment to X-ray your foot.

Hope I have answered your query.
