Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
When I touched my tattoo eyebrow, with some spray-n-wash smell,on my hands. Then,I washed my hands, and applied vasealine to the eyebrow, because it was a little sore. Will this cause an infection? How can you tell if you get an infection,on your eyebrows?I guess that the soreness could be a sign of healing. My eyebrows were tattooed onThursday.
Well, some signs you should be a concern to are inflammation of the tattoo which means tattoo may be hot when you touch, it is more redness than normal, it hurts to you a lot when you touch, and you find your eyebrow tattoo inflated then you must be worried.
Other signs you may take into consideration may be scratching of tattoo or unusual pain. About the soreness you mention, alone with no other sign it is not a problem and Vaseline will help.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Elona Dashi
