Hello,

Unconsciousness for more than a few seconds. Abnormal breathing. Obvious serious wound. Bleeding or clear fluid from the nose, ear, or mouth.

Disturbance of speech or vision, pupils of unequal size, weakness or paralysis, neck pain or stiffness.

Symptoms to monitor include headache, dizziness, confusion, fatigue, nausea, slurred speech, ringing in the ears, temporary loss of consciousness, and amnesia about events leading up to the injury.

As you are on Warfarin, your INR is raised and you have an increased tendency of bleeding, so you should see your clinician and get a scan done sos.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
