Hi one of my friend banged his fore head against the wall ( near right eyebrow ). It is been exactly 24 hours till now he is doing fine ..no vomiting and nausea and things like that. but he says he has a slight amount of pain while touching in back left side of his skull probably cerebellum .Should i take him to hospital and take tests ?
hello, Initial symptoms may include a change in mental status,lethargy, and confusion. other symptoms like difficulty tolerating bright lights, leaking cerebrospinal fluid from the ear or nose, bleeding from the ear, speech difficulty, paralysis, difficulty swallowing, and numbness of the body irritability, difficulty concentrating and thinking, and amnesia. Late signs of significant head injury and raised pressure within the brain and skull include a dilated pupil, high blood pressure, low pulse rate, and abnormal breathing pattern.you can get him admitted for observation or have CT scan done
