What Are The Symptoms Of An Internal Injury During Pregnancy?

I m 6 weeks pregnant well last night I fell and blacked out so I don t really know if I hit my belly or not. Well I went in to the hospital and they said as long as I m not bleeding there is nothing to worry about. They never checked me or anything, were they supposed to?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Commonly a fall during the first trimester doesn't lead to miscarriage.
This trauma is unlikely to hurt the baby, because at this stage of pregnancy, the uterus is low in the pelvis and is protected by the women's pelvic bones.
Observation is important.
If you have abdominal or back pain, cramping, dizziness, or have any vaginal discharge or bleeding, you have to go to ER and consult your doctor.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
